Lead Complex Change Across the Global Wealth Management Industry

FNZ is a global wealth management platform provider, partnering with leading financial institutions to help millions of people invest in their future. Through our combination of technology, investment operations and expertise, we enable banks, wealth managers, insurers and asset managers to deliver innovative investment solutions at scale.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Project Delivery team.

This is a high-profile, client-facing role where you'll lead the successful delivery of complex business and technology transformation programmes for some of the world's leading financial institutions.

If you're passionate about delivering large-scale projects, managing senior stakeholders and driving successful outcomes in fast-paced environments, we want to hear from you.

The Opportunity

As a Project Manager at FNZ, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Working across multiple teams, locations and stakeholders, you'll lead project delivery throughout the full lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to implementation and business readiness.

You'll act as the central point of coordination between clients, internal delivery teams and third-party suppliers, ensuring projects remain aligned to business objectives while proactively managing risks, dependencies and commercial considerations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Governance

  • Lead the successful delivery of projects through the entire project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines, budgets and quality standards.
  • Drive adherence to FNZ's Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) and governance framework.
  • Monitor project performance, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues, implementing mitigation plans where required.
  • Manage project finances, forecasting and reporting to ensure effective budget control.
  • Provide accurate and timely project updates, reporting and management information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate operational readiness activities, ensuring successful transition into production.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
