Role Description
The Project Manager role at Global Policy Network is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of policy, research, and strategy projects across global health, education, and sustainability domains.

The Project Manager coordinates timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned with GPN’s mission and strategic goals.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Managing project plans
- Tracking milestones
- Facilitating cross-functional collaboration
- Preparing status reports and presentations
- Identifying risks with appropriate mitigation strategies
The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality outputs, documentation, and continuous improvement of project management processes.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting for complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities, ensuring timely completion of project tasks, deliverables, and approvals.
- Experience with Inspection activities, including quality checks, compliance verification, and adherence to project standards and protocols.
- Knowledge of Logistics Management, including coordination of resources, schedules, and information flows across teams and partners.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a remote environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and preparation of clear reports and presentations.
- Comfort with digital collaboration tools and project management software; ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
