About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of data, technology, and change initiatives within a banking environment. You will coordinate across technology, business, Finance and Risk teams, ensuring strong governance, effective stakeholder management, and on-time delivery.
Project Manager – Banking / Technology
- 📍 Location: Belfast, UK – Hybrid (2–3 days onsite)
- 📅 Duration: Subcontract - Inside IR35
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project planning, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules.
- Drive day-to-day execution, delivery cadence, and cross-team coordination.
- Manage RAID, risks, issues, dependencies, actions, and scope changes.
- Establish project governance and provide clear steering and status reporting.
- Coordinate planning workshops, delivery events, and Agile ceremonies where required.
- Track progress, identify delivery challenges, and drive actions through to closure.
- Maintain project documentation, delivery artefacts, and audit-ready records.
- Work closely with business and technology stakeholders, including senior leadership.

What We're Looking For
- 7+ years' experience as a Project Manager.
- Strong experience delivering data, technology, or change initiatives within banking/financial services.
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills.
- Strong project planning, dependency management, and RAID management experience.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Strong skills in Benefits Management, Quality Management, and Resource Management.
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and deliver in a complex, fast-paced environment.
