Project Manager – Wealth Change & Transformation (hybrid in London - Inside IR35)

Remit

  • Lead the integrated delivery of strategic change initiatives across Wealth Proposition, Operations and Technology/Platform workstreams.
  • Own and manage integrated project plans covering platform delivery, operational change, and business readiness activities.
  • Ensure business and operational requirements are effectively translated into technology and platform outcomes.
  • Act as the bridge between Business, Operations, and Technology teams to drive alignment and delivery.
  • Manage project governance, including RAID logs, dependencies, milestones, decision tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate delivery activities across Proposition, Operations, Technology, Platforms, third-party suppliers, and Governance functions.
  • Deliver clear and concise senior stakeholder reporting, including project status updates, RAID summaries, decision logs, and escalations.
  • Drive operational and business readiness planning to support successful implementation and launch activities.
  • Manage readiness checkpoints, acceptance criteria, cutover planning, and post-go-live support.
  • Ensure delivery remains on track within a launch-critical environment, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.

Experience

  • Strong Project Management experience delivering complex business, operational, and technology change programmes.
  • Extensive experience within Wealth Management, Private Banking, Banking, or broader Financial Services.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end delivery across business and technology workstreams.
  • Strong understanding of technology platforms and how they support business and operational processes.
  • Experience working with core banking platforms, wealth management platforms, CRM solutions, client servicing systems, and workflow tools.
  • Excellent programme governance, risk, and dependency management skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders.
  • Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders in complex delivery environments.
  • Ability to drive accountability, challenge constructively, and maintain momentum across workstreams.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ideally 7+ years' Project Management experience.
  • Significant Financial Services sector experience.
  • Proven experience delivering technology-enabled business transformation programmes.
  • Strong background in platform-based delivery and operational change initiatives.
