Project Manager
Location: London
Salary: £85,000 + Travel
I'm working with a £50m commercial office fit-out business delivering major projects across London, with current schemes valued at around £6m.
They're looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of a flagship project, driving the programme, keeping H&S tight, and acting as a key point of contact for the client and wider stakeholder team.
You'll be working closely with a Contracts Manager, with plenty of responsibility on the project and the autonomy to get things moving. This is a role for someone who knows commercial fit-out and is comfortable taking the reins on a large scheme.
What you'll be doing:
- Driving the programme and keeping the project on track
- Managing H&S across the project and ensuring standards are maintained
- Acting as the eyes and ears between the site team, client, consultants and wider stakeholders
- Coordinating subcontractors and professional teams through to completion
- Working closely with the Contracts Manager on delivery and project performance

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial office fit-out
- Track record delivering projects around the £2m–£6m mark
- Strong programme management skills
- Solid understanding of H&S and site delivery
- Confident dealing with clients, consultants and project stakeholders
- Able to work closely with a Contracts Manager while taking ownership of day-to-day delivery
