Role Overview
The role of the Project Manager Bespoke Interiors will involve:
- Technical Project Manager position responsible for a range of bespoke interior and joinery projects (covering bathrooms, kitchens, storage, wardrobes, etc.) for commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors.
- Regular site visits across the Central Belt to monitor project progress, health & safety compliance, and contractor performance.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth running of projects.
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project information to identify risks and requirements.
- Grow and build relationships with sole traders and specialist contractors.
- May be a requirement to take on additional tasks including operational & procurement duties.
- Large potential to grow within the company, building alongside the management team.
- Manage a range of projects with values from £25k - £250k.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager Bespoke Interiors with:
- Must have experience as a Project Manager, Commercial Managers, Operations Managers, Contracts Managers, and Technical Managers are also encouraged to apply.
- Extensive construction experience, ideally within refurbishment, fit-out, interiors, or closely related.
- Must have the ability to hit the ground running and work independently.
- Ideally coming from an SME managing projects up to £500k.
- Highly advantageous to have experience pricing and quoting works.
- Fresh outlook with the ability to adapt and influence.
- Existing people manager.
