About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Project or Programme Manager to lead the delivery of multiple customer-focused transformation initiatives within a fast-paced enterprise environment.

This role will focus on the successful delivery of Customer Experience (CX) and Customer Data programmes, managing multiple concurrent workstreams across business and technology teams. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party partners to deliver complex digital and data transformation projects that improve customer engagement and maximise the value of customer data.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience delivering MarTech, Customer Data Platform (CDP), and customer data migration programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Manage cross-functional teams across technology, data, marketing, product, and business functions.
  • Deliver Customer Experience and Customer Data transformation initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Oversee project governance, RAID management, reporting, financial tracking, and stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate dependencies across several parallel projects and programmes.
  • Work closely with technical teams to deliver customer data integrations and migrations.
  • Manage third-party suppliers and implementation partners, ensuring successful delivery against agreed milestones.
  • Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, steering committees, and executive updates.
  • Ensure risks, issues, and dependencies are identified early and managed effectively.
  • Drive delivery through Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies where appropriate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
