Project Manager
Position Type: Contract
Location: North East
PM Group requires a Project Manager to support a pharmaceuticals client based in the North East.
Responsibilities:
- Project engineering of the Works.
- Delivery and management of small – medium sized projects in accordance with the company project roadmap throughout the project lifecycle ensuring governance to current engineering standards and compliance with CDM regulations.
- Strict GMP compliance to be adhered throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Coordination with the Principal Contractor and all other project team members to ensure completion to schedule.
- Project management services to oversee the completion snags and any construction defects identified.
- Project management services to oversee the completion of any installation, commissioning and qualification by liaising with the vendor, company Validation and any other company teams.
- Weekly project progress reporting to the senior leadership team.

Qualifications:

- Degree in a relevant science/engineering discipline
- Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager with experience in managing cross functional teams, delivering complex Manufacturing Facility and processing projects, in a highly automated GMP production environment
- Demonstrated capacity to effectively manage and execute projects from initiation to completion
- Full project lifecycle experience from end to end design through to C&Q and handover
- Understands project management process; programming, scope development, design development, implementation and project closeout
- Excellent communication / organisation skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation from project teams to site leadership team.
