Project Manager – Brand & Packaging | London | Hybrid – 3 Days in Office
The Opportunity We’re delighted to be partnering with a leading global creative agency looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their Brand & Packaging team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a portfolio of well-known food and snacking brands, delivering projects spanning branding & packaging, eCommerce and lifestyle photography. You’ll sit at the heart of the team, bringing together Client Services, Creative, Operations and Production to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, on time and within budget. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys the pace and energy of agency life, is confident juggling multiple projects and knows how to keep creative work moving from brief through to final delivery.

- Managing projects from initial brief through to final delivery.
- Building and managing project plans, timelines and workflows.
- Managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Coordinating Client Services, Creative, Operations, Production and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to brief.
- Identifying potential risks and resolving issues before they impact delivery.
- Leading project status meetings and communicating progress clearly.
- Maintaining project documentation, trackers and reporting.
- Supporting the team with process improvements and more efficient ways of working.
- Supporting the Account team with day-to-day project administration.
About You We’re looking for someone who has:
- 4–5+ years’ Project Management experience within a branding, packaging or creative agency.
- Strong understanding of packaging design and production processes, from design through to print.
- Knowledge of print production methods including Flexo, Litho and Gravure.
- Experience managing multiple projects within a fast-paced agency environment.
- Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach.
- The confidence to work independently and take ownership of delivery.
- An interest in consumer brands, FMCG, food or snacking categories.
