Role Summary
The primary contact for all campaigns being delivered by the Brand Marketing team to our clients and the wider business. An integral role that ensures all output is delivered in a timely, efficient manner and on budget.

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, scoping campaigns and managing timelines from initial concept through to final launch and asset delivery.
- Manage complex global creative projects across multiple disciplines, coordinating internal teams including Art Direction, Design, Ad Operations, Editorial, Copy, Production, Translations, Marketing, Merchandising, as well as external clients.
- Own the content plan and project roadmap, ensuring clear deliverables, deadlines, stakeholder alignment, and proactive management of campaign product deliveries.
- Act as the primary communication lead, providing stakeholders and clients with clear updates on content, decisions, project status, timings, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all creative output is on-brand and delivered to the highest quality standards, maintaining consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Coordinate channel planning and launch readiness, managing channel inventory, timelines, and collaboration with channel owners to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly.
- Oversee campaign launch and post-launch distribution, delivering final assets to all channels and sharing live campaign content with clients once campaigns go live.
The Type Of Person We Are Looking For
- Demonstrated project management experience within a business environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Confident problem-solver and mediator, able to navigate challenges, manage competing priorities, and drive projects forward.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, including working with luxury clients and managing external relationships professionally and effectively.
- Proficiency in key project management and business tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Trello.
- Collaborative team player with experience, or an interest in developing experience, managing and delivering multi-platform campaigns across multiple channels.
