About The Role
Our client is seeking a proactive Project Manager to oversee significant business change initiatives within their operations in Leeds. This role is crucial for managing projects that enhance operational efficiency, improve internal processes, and support organizational growth. You will work closely with department heads and teams to implement new strategies and systems, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption. The successful candidate will be adept at managing stakeholders, driving adoption, and delivering tangible business improvements in a dynamic professional setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of business change projects, ensuring they meet defined objectives and timelines.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to communicate project progress, manage expectations, and facilitate decision-making.
- Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging project outcomes to drive organizational efficiency.
- Lead project teams, providing direction, support, and motivation to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports on progress and challenges.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a specific focus on business change or operational improvement projects.
