Project Manager - Business Change Delivery (media or telco experience needed)
Location: London, Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office
Contract: 6-Month Contract
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic Change Delivery team responsible for delivering high-profile business change initiatives across a large, complex organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to lead strategic projects that drive customer experience improvements, new product and service launches, operational enhancements, and business transformation programmes.
Working within a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment, you will manage cross-functional business change projects from inception through to delivery, ensuring successful outcomes for both customers and the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex business change projects aligned to strategic objectives.
- Define project scope, plans, timelines, resource requirements, and dependencies.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across teams including Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and other business functions.
- Manage project governance, ensuring effective communication, risk management, issue resolution, and decision-making processes.
- Champion a customer-focused approach, ensuring change is successfully embedded across the organisation.
- Provide regular project updates to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Own and maintain key project artefacts including project plans, RAID logs, RACI matrices, and status reports.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and create clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews, identifying lessons learned and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Required Experience
- Proven track record delivering complex business change projects with organisation-wide impact.
- Strong project planning, resource management, business planning, and benefits management experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge at senior leadership level.
- Experience working within matrix organisations, collaborating across both business and technology teams.
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently within a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in identifying and managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and facilitation skills.
- Passion for driving business improvement and delivering excellent customer outcomes.
