Centrii is seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution of OT network deployments across energy-sector environments. This role is responsible for driving projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful delivery of network infrastructure supporting renewable energy facilities, wind farms, and battery energy storage systems (BESS).
This is a highly cross-functional role working across engineering, cybersecurity, procurement, and client stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality. You will play a critical role in coordinating field deployments while maintaining clear communication with both internal teams and external clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of OT and enterprise network deployment projects
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple concurrent deployments
- Coordinate closely with Network Engineering teams, Procurement and Client stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports
- Facilitate regular client cadence calls and internal project updates
- Track and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure proper resource allocation across active projects
- Coordinate delivery of equipment, site readiness, and deployment logistics
- Ensure documentation, as-builts, and project artefacts are completed and stored appropriately
- Drive adherence to internal processes, standards, and quality expectations

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering technical or infrastructure related projects
- Exposure to network deployments, construction, or infrastructure projects (OT experience strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of project management fundamentals, including: Scheduling, Risk management, Stakeholder communication
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
