As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of customer projects across our software and professional services portfolio.

You will work closely with customers, consultants, developers, and internal stakeholders to manage timelines, resources, risks, and expectations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Proven project management experience within a software or technology environment
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • A commercial mindset and customer-focused approach
  • The ability to solve problems and drive projects forward

Experience of software implementation projects, Agile methodologies, PRINCE2, or ITIL would be beneficial.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager at Marval Software. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of ITSM and integrations-related projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and resources to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include defining project scope and requirements, creating detailed project plans, monitoring progress, managing risks and issues, and reporting status to stakeholders. The role also involves facilitating collaboration between technical and business teams, aligning project activities with customer objectives, and ensuring that implementations follow best practices in service management. The Project Manager will work closely with clients to understand their needs, support change management activities, and drive continuous improvement across projects and internal processes.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience with Expeditor and Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of project tasks, materials, and dependencies.
  • Background in Inspection and quality assurance to verify project outputs meet agreed standards and requirements.
  • Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, timelines, and third-party contributions across multiple projects.
  • Experience managing technology or software implementation projects, ideally in ITSM or related domains.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed environment, with strong self-organization and time management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present project information to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or hybrid approaches).
  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Customer-focused mindset and proven ability to build collaborative relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
