Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – Retail

Midlands | Flexible / Hybrid Working
£50,000 – £70,000 + Benefits

The Opportunity

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join a growing project consultancy and become part of an established retail team.

The role will involve working with major UK retail clients, delivering a varied portfolio of projects across the Midlands and wider UK.

Projects will range from individual store projects through to multi-site rollout programmes, including new-build developments, refurbishments, extensions and fit-outs. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, client-facing environment and wants exposure to recognised retail brands and ongoing programmes of work.

The Role

You will take responsibility for projects from initial brief and feasibility through design, procurement, construction and handover. Depending on experience, you will either manage projects independently or take the lead across larger projects and programmes, coordinating clients, consultants, contractors and other key stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
