Hybrid - Central London
3-6 month FTC rolling
£45,000 - £55,000 pa

High Volume Campaign work - digital, social (static and animated / video), print OOH and other channels.

Our client is a global integrated creative production agency, and they're on the hunt for an Adaptation and Localisation focussed Project Manager / Producer to take control of high-volume integrated delivery across digital, video, motion and some print. You'll take approved creative and turn it into accurate, high-quality assets in every spec and format, for every channel, language and market the campaign needs. You'll be working on a well-known, globally recognised account, delivering high-volume international campaigns on a project that's important to the agency. They have a great PM team in place who work hard, have a brilliant culture and all get on well socially too.

It's a close-knit setup where production, design, post and language specialists all work side by side, and everyone is expected to take real pride in what they hand over. You'll be working with studios in the UK and overseas, plus clients and creative partners in different time zones, so being a confident communicator is a must.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This is a doer's role that focusses on asset delivery rather than a creative. You'll run multiple jobs concurrently sense-checking briefs and media schedules, mapping out the plan and timings, briefing the studio, and steering assets through production, localisation and QC until they're delivered and signed off. You'll keep a sharp eye on specs, file naming and version control, and you'll be the first to flag a gap, a clash or a missing asset before it becomes a headache.

You'll also have a hand in the commercial side: pulling together estimates, tracking spend against budget, handling supplier costs and reconciling everything at close so billing goes out accurately and on time. Expect pace, volume and plenty of moving parts. You'll be juggling lots of versions and deadlines at once, so you'll need to be organised, unflappable and obsessive about the details. The role will suit you if you enjoy the challenge of fast paced delivery and working in a busy agency team where you can make a difference.

What you'll be doing:

  • Running production and delivery across digital, social, video, motion and print.
  • Managing large volumes of resizing, adaptation and translation work across multiple markets.
  • Creating plans, schedules and estimates, and keeping budgets on track.
  • Coordinating design, artwork, motion, post, language and QC teams on a daily basis.
  • Hosting kick-offs and status catch-ups, keeping everyone updated on priorities, risks and changes.
  • Signing off assets for accuracy, getting them delivered to the right place and keeping project admin fully up to date.

  • A good grasp of technical specs, file formats and quality checking.
  • Commercial confidence with estimating, budget tracking and cost reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with workflow or asset management tools (Workfront, AEM or similar is a bonus).

If you're meticulous, love a fast pace and want to properly own your deliverables, then make sure to APPLY NOW!
