PROJECT MANAGERS - FIRE REMEDIATION | CENTRAL LONDON
We’re hiring! One of our long-standing clients, a highly reputable architecture and design practice in Central London, is looking to bring experienced Project Managers with fire remediation experience into their growing team.
This is an ASAP opportunity for someone with a strong background in residential remediation and a good understanding of the Building Safety Regulations.
The role:
- Managing residential cladding and fire remediation projects
- Employer’s Agent work for leading affordable housing providers
- Potential involvement in new-build residential projects
- Managing relationships with clients, consultants, and wider project teams
- Chairing and minuting meetings
- Contract administration of JCT contracts, including payment processes
- Preparing cost estimates and cost reports
- Working closely with an experienced and collaborative team

We’re looking for:
- Proven Project Management experience within the built environment
- Fire remediation / cladding experience is essential
- Strong understanding of Building Safety Regulations and processes
- Experience administering JCT contracts
- Someone who enjoys working collaboratively and building long-term relationships
- RICS/CIOB chartership, or an interest in working towards it, would be advantageous
