Bupa is recruiting for the role of Project Manager – Change & IT. Project Manager needed to deliver transformation and change projects across technology, regulatory, operational and partnership workstreams. The role involves managing scope, plans, budgets, risks and reporting, while working with senior stakeholders, delivery teams and third-party suppliers.

What you’ll do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation and change projects across technology, regulatory, operational and partnership workstreams.
  • Manage project scope, plans, budgets, forecasts, risks, issues and dependencies to support successful outcomes.
  • Drive business readiness activities so stakeholders are prepared for change adoption and benefits realisation.
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders, sponsors and delivery teams across business and technology functions.
  • Produce project reporting, governance updates and financial forecasts.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Ensure projects comply with business standards, governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Support programme-level planning and contribute to wider portfolio reporting and governance activities.

  • Experience delivering complex, multi-faceted projects made up of several workstreams.
  • Knowledge and application of different project management methodologies, tools and techniques.
  • Experience of business change in complex regulatory environments.
  • Experience managing change activity with multiple, concurrent technical and non-technical items.
  • Proficiency in risk, resource and cost management.
  • Established stakeholder management skills across a wide range of business and technology contacts.
