Client Project Lead | UK & Ireland

Are you a highly organised project professional who thrives on building strong customer relationships, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully?
Diversey, a Solenis company, is looking for a Client Project Lead to support two of our key strategic accounts across the UK & Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in coordinating projects, aligning internal teams, and strengthening long-term customer partnerships.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and coordinating strategic initiatives across the established client accounts
- Acting as the central point of contact between customer stakeholders and Diversey's internal teams
- Planning and facilitating regular customer review meetings, tracking actions, and ensuring successful delivery of commitments
- Coordinating product and service rollouts with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations teams
- Managing project governance, timelines, communications, and reporting
- Supporting complaint investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans
- Driving operational excellence and continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For
- Strong project coordination or project management experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and priorities
- Experience managing customer-facing projects and complex deliverables
- A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused mindset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to drive accountability
