Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey.

The Project

In our Cities and Places sector, we shape everything from homes and schools to major MoJ programmes, offices, and retail-led commercial developments. Working with government and private-sector clients, we create spaces that genuinely improve how people live, work, and connect - building stronger, healthier, and more resilient communities.

These ambitions don’t come without challenges: tight budgets, funding pressures, complex stakeholder needs, sustainability demands, and the constant need to adapt at pace. At Mace, navigating these challenges is what we do best.

We bring flexibility, adaptability, and deep technical expertise to programme and project delivery - partnering closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver outcomes that matter. Through cutting-edge technology, modern construction techniques, and a relentless focus on social value, we help deliver projects that meet today’s requirements while supporting long-term goals. Projects that stand the test of time and create thriving, future-proofed communities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
