The role can be based on the following locations: London, Birmingham, Manchester, Winchester, and Bristol.
You’ll Be Responsible for:
- Applying technical expertise in health and safety regulations.
- Fostering inclusivity and team wellbeing.
- Ensuring robust quality systems and service excellence.
- Managing project delivery from inception to completion.
- Managing budgets, risks, and mitigations.
- Coordinating design, consultants, and stakeholders collaboratively.
- Maintaining accurate plans, records, and handover documentation.
- Driving innovation and best practice across teams.
- Upholding Mace values, supporting sustainable business outcomes.
You’ll Need to Have:
- Proven project management experience with strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Advanced communication, negotiation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Relevant technical qualifications and knowledge of health, safety, and sector regulations.
- Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) or equivalent certification.
