The Opportunity
We are looking for a delivery-focused Project Manager with a strong civil engineering and infrastructure background to join Procter Street directly.
This is not a role centred around reporting and administration. We need someone who understands how to deliver complex infrastructure schemes, can take ownership of a programme, manage multiple interfaces and stakeholders, and has the confidence to challenge performance and drive projects forward.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from mobilisation through to completion.
- Own and drive the project programme, ensuring key milestones are achieved.
- Manage contractors, consultants and supply-chain interfaces.
- Monitor progress, risks, issues and opportunities.
- Manage change and support commercial and contractual processes.
- Apply strong NEC3/NEC4 knowledge throughout project delivery.
- Work closely with planners and project controls teams, including P6.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships.
- Provide clear reporting and challenge performance where required.
- Identify problems early and implement practical solutions.

We're looking for
- Strong civil engineering / infrastructure background.
- Proven Project Management experience on major schemes.
- Strong NEC3/NEC4 knowledge and experience.
- Excellent programme management skills.
- Experience working with planners / P6 and project controls.
- Strong commercial and stakeholder-management ability.
- A practical, hands-on approach to project delivery.
