Project Manager | Commercial Fit-Out | Birmingham
If you're a fit-out PM who wants your name on the projects people talk about, this is one to read.
We are working with a fast-growing, design-led business with a pipeline of landmark commercial fit-out projects in Birmingham city centre. They're the team behind some of the city's best-loved spaces, including The Wilderness,, Edgbaston Priory's Club 1875 and the listed refurbishment of The Jointworks. Now they need the right Project Manager to drive delivery on what comes next.
This isn't a role where you're one of fifty PMs. You'll own your projects from pre-start to handover. You'll work hand in hand with an in-house design team, and you'll have a real say in how the business grows.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
