Candidate Profile
- At least 3 years’ experience delivering small to medium-sized property projects.
- Strong stakeholder engagement abilities and proven project coordination skills.
- Professional qualifications such as MRICS, MCIOB, or APM are beneficial but not essential.
- Degree in Construction, Surveying, or a related discipline.
