About The Role

Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Project Manager to manage a range of construction projects in and around Wolverhampton. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the construction lifecycle, from initial planning and design through to final completion and handover. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to significant building projects in the West Midlands area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of construction projects, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress closely.
  • Supervise site operations, including contractors and supply chain management.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies on site.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, building regulations, and health & safety standards.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to effectively manage project finances and contracts.
  • Degree or HND in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
