Project Manager - Contract Management System [CMS] - Asset Management
3 Days Onsite - London
6 Month Contract

Brief: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a Contract Management System (CMS) for a leading Asset Management organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of a Contract Management System
- Coordinate business, technology, legal, procurement and vendor teams
- Oversee third-party system delivery, testing, data migration and business readiness
- Manage project governance, reporting, risks and stakeholder communications
- Ensure successful adoption and transition to BAU
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering large-scale technology implementation projects
- Asset Management experience is highly desirable
- Experience implementing Contract Management, CLM or other third-party enterprise platforms
- Strong third-party vendor and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading data migration activities and system integrations
- Ability to manage project plans, governance, budgets, risks and dependencies
- Strong communication skills with both business and technology stakeholders

Desired Skills and Experience
- Experienced Project Manager with extensive system implementation and/or data migration project experience
- Either Contract Management System/Project experience and Financial Services experience OR Asset management experience with similar project experience including but not limited to: Legal Technology, Salesforce, WorkDay, ServiceNow, Distribution/Sales
