You’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting successful project delivery and client outcomes.
  • Managing integrated, multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Driving a safe, collaborative working environment.
  • Managing contracts and refining project briefs.
  • Preparing execution plans and master programmes.
  • Monitoring progress and reporting performance.
  • Overseeing design information and project actions.
  • Ensuring quality compliance and championing social value.

You’ll need to have:

  • Understanding of the built environment and project lifecycles.
  • Experience of working with Corporate Real Estate clients.
  • Proven ability to manage clients, contractors and stakeholders.
  • Expertise in design, construction, procurement and tendering.
  • Digitally skilled with corporate real estate project management experience.
