Project Management / Corporate Support Role

The Project Management / Corporate Support role will provide a central point of coordination across commercial, corporate support, and service delivery functions, while working with the Managing Director (MD) to ensure that strategic priorities are translated into clear actions, tracked through to completion, and supported by meaningful performance insight.

The postholder will work closely with the Managing Director, Commercial Director, Client Services Directors, and wider delivery teams to improve visibility of the commercial pipeline, service delivery performance, corporate priorities, risks, and improvement opportunities. The role will bring discipline, structure, and follow-through to key workstreams/projects to support consistent reporting and enable timely, informed decision-making.

Over time, the role may evolve as the commercial framework and leadership model become established.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Priority Coordination

  • Working with the MD, the postholder will assist in:
    • Translating agreed strategic and business priorities into clear plans, actions, owners, milestones, and reporting arrangements.
    • Maintaining oversight of cross-functional workstreams and ensuring dependencies, decisions, and delivery risks are visible and actively managed.
    • Following up agreed actions and escalating delays, gaps, or competing priorities appropriately.

Project and Change Management

  • Plan and coordinate priority projects, including integration, policy, process, and organizational change initiatives.
  • Develop proportionate project plans, status reports, risk and issue logs, decision records, and implementation trackers.
  • Support effective project governance, stakeholder engagement, communications, and handover into business-as-usual activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
