Clariness is looking for a Creative Project Manager (PMO) (f/m/d) based in Berlin, Hamburg, Cape Town, or the UK.
About the role
Clariness is looking for a Project Manager – Creative Services (f/m/d) to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to creative and digital projects across the organisation.
In this role, you will coordinate projects from initial briefing through to final delivery, ensuring that websites, campaigns, printed materials, and other creative deliverables are delivered on time, within scope, and to a consistently high standard. You will work closely with designers, copywriters, developers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to keep projects moving and ensure effective collaboration.
This is a full-time, fixed-term position to cover a period of maternity leave.
As a Creative Project Manager (PMO), you would be responsible for:
- Managing creative and digital projects, including websites, campaigns, and printed materials, from initial briefing through to final delivery.
- Planning and tracking project timelines, delivery KPIs, budgets, priorities, dependencies, and risks.
- Coordinating work across designers, copywriters, developers, and other specialists to support effective collaboration and timely delivery.
- Keeping internal stakeholders informed about project progress, upcoming milestones, changing priorities, and potential delivery challenges.
- Working with external vendors and freelancers, including preparing briefs, tracking progress, monitoring quality, and maintaining budget control.
- Ensuring that all creative deliverables meet agreed quality standards, project requirements, and scope, and supporting the resolution of delivery issues.
- Identifying and implementing improvements within creative operations to increase delivery speed, quality, transparency, and collaboration.

We would like you to have:
- 3–5 years of project management experience, with a proven ability to lead projects independently from planning through to delivery.
- Previous experience in clinical research or a creative agency environment.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating work across cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with practical experience managing timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, and delivery expectations.
- Competence in Excel and project management tools.
- Experience working within a PMO, operational governance model, or standardized project delivery framework would be a strong advantage.
- Exposure to patient recruitment, digital marketing, or creative production workflows would be beneficial.
- The ability to communicate clearly with creative, technical, and business stakeholders, manage expectations, and keep projects moving when priorities change.
- Fluent English communication skills, with a collaborative, quality-focused, and solution-oriented approach to your work.
