Remote: EU or US East Coast
Duration: November–March
Allocation: Approximately 1.5 days/week, plus limited workshop support
Total: Approximately 27 ongoing days + 1.5 workshop support days

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Delivery Manager to coordinate a specialist consulting work package within a global pharmaceutical CRM transformation. The role will own delivery planning, communication, reporting, resource coordination, and financial control, enabling senior specialists to focus on design quality and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the work package delivery plan, resource calendar, milestones, dependencies, and governance.
  • Coordinate consulting, client, technology, and supplier teams across markets and time zones.
  • Prepare weekly status updates, financial forecasts, risks, actions, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
  • Manage resource planning, time approvals, budget tracking, forecast-to-complete, and scope/change control.
  • Track deliverable acceptance, staffing continuity, knowledge transfer, and transition readiness.
  • Coordinate workshops, capture actions and decisions, and follow through on dependencies.
  • Escalate anticipated timeline, resource, or budget impacts and raise change requests where required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project or delivery management, including 2+ years in pharmaceutical or life sciences digital programs.
  • Experience independently managing a client-facing work package.
  • Experience participating in at least one multi-market Veeva CRM program, with understanding of Salesforce-based Veeva CRM and Vault CRM transition dependencies.
  • Proven experience with T&M budgets, resource planning, time approvals, forecasting, and scope/change control.
  • Experience coordinating client, consulting, and supplier teams across time zones.
  • Strong experience with project governance, reporting, RAID management, and controlled documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Desirable Experience and Skills

  • 6–9+ years of relevant project or delivery management experience.
  • Experience coordinating commercial and medical workstreams and global template/local-market delivery models.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or comparable qualification.
  • Agile familiarity and experience with Excel, MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira.
  • German or French and consulting supplier-management experience are desirable.

Responsibilities and Deliverables

  • Maintain the delivery plan, resource calendar, and project repository.
  • Produce weekly status and financial reports.
  • Maintain risk, dependency, decision, and change logs.
  • Track deliverable acceptance, budget, resource utilization, and transition readiness.
  • Support workshop logistics and action tracking.

The role manages the assigned work package and does not replace specialist domain expertise or overall program leadership.
