Hays Technology is partnering with a leading financial services organisation seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a large-scale regulatory transformation programme. This role will play a key part in the delivery of a high-profile initiative impacting global markets and will suit an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in regulatory change, stakeholder management, and complex enterprise delivery.
Key Responsibilities
The role will be part of the projects team, and you will be responsible to:
- Leading project delivery across a major regulatory transformation initiative.
- Driving impact assessment activities across business and technology teams.
- Coordinating complex workstreams and ensuring delivery against programme milestones.
- Managing senior stakeholders across multiple business functions and geographic locations.
- Supporting process and technology change initiatives within a global markets environment.
- Overseeing legal, documentation, and governance-related project activities.

To be successful for this role you will be expected to possess the following skills/experience:
- Proven experience delivering large-scale regulatory or industry-mandated change programmes.
- Strong Project Management experience within Financial Services.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing complex cross-functional programmes.
- Knowledge of Capital Markets or FX products.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
