The Role

You will take ownership of multiple concurrent work streams, with an immediate focus on:

  • Delivery of a CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) migration, with a key milestone due by year-end
  • Leading the introduction of a Certificate Life cycle Management (CLM) capability, currently in its early project phase
  • Managing governance and delivery oversight for ongoing penetration testing remediation activities
  • Supporting the organisation's wider cybersecurity roadmap, including foundational security initiatives and future cloud-related programmes

Working alongside an established BA and architecture team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered to time, budget, and regulatory expectations while maintaining strong governance and stakeholder engagement.

  • Hybrid working: 2 days in London-based office
  • Duration: initial 6 months
  • Rate: up to £700pd inside IR35 via umbrella

Key Responsibilities

  • Multiple years of Project Management experience
  • End-to-end project delivery across CyberArk, CLM, and cybersecurity initiatives
  • Establishing and maintaining project governance, RAID logs, and reporting packs
  • Managing senior stakeholders across Security, Technology, and Risk functions
  • Providing regular programme updates to the Head of Proactive Security and CISO
  • Coordinating third-party vendors and technical delivery teams
  • Ensuring programmes meet audit, regulatory, and security requirements
  • Managing project risks, dependencies, and delivery plans in a fast-paced environment

Required Experience

  • Proven Project Management experience delivering complex cybersecurity programmes
  • Strong experience delivering CyberArk or other PAM solutions such as BeyondTrust
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in cybersecurity projects
  • Financial Services experience is essential, ideally forming the majority of your career
  • Experience managing governance frameworks and project controls
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Understanding of regulatory, audit, and security control environments
  • Experience managing multiple work streams simultaneously
