To achieve this, we know we need to provide the right tools and technology, we are therefore looking for a dedicated Senior Project Manager with a successful track record to join our in-house Digital Transformation team.
Job Description
If you have experience working with stakeholders across IT, Sales, Finance, HR, and Marketing to deliver change and improve business processes, this could be the role for you.
We are looking for someone who is confident managing projects end-to-end, bringing people together, and ensuring successful outcomes.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Managing projects through the full lifecycle, from initial scoping and planning through to delivery and benefits realisation
- Developing clear project approaches, plans, and timelines to ensure successful delivery
- Leading a range of projects, including software implementations, supplier-led solutions, and wider business change initiatives
- Managing full procurement processes for complex systems, including running RFI/RFP processes, vendor evaluation, and selection
- Managing project budgets, including forecasting, tracking costs, and providing regular financial updates
- Producing key project documentation such as business cases, project plans, governance updates, and change impact assessments
- Overseeing day-to-day project activity, ensuring progress stays on track and aligned to objectives
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to ensure engagement and effective decision-making
- Providing regular project updates, highlighting progress, risks, issues, and key decisions required
- Coordinating inputs from internal teams and third-party partners to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintaining oversight of risks and issues, ensuring appropriate mitigation plans are in place
- Ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed governance, standards, and expectations

Qualifications
- 6+ years’ experience delivering projects within a business systems or IT environment
- Experience managing mid to large-scale projects (£500k–£1m+)
- Proven experience running end-to-end RFI/RFP processes for complex third-party solutions - essential
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft tools including Project, Excel, Word, and Visio
- Familiarity with recognised project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, or APM
- Experience working with third-party suppliers or delivery partners
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Well-organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- A collaborative approach with the ability to motivate and align teams
