Full time – 36 hours per week/ Hybrid working - expected office days 2 days per week

Raven is here to make a difference, working as a team to build homes and change lives. Raven is a great place to work, both to deliver real outcomes for customers, and to build a career in a supportive and motivated environment.

Our performance speaks for itself in terms of how we deliver for customers, which is reflected in our reputation in the sector. We have a very strong culture of working together to make things happen, and 99% of our staff are proud to work for Raven.

We’re currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join our Strategic Portfolio & Change Team. The team are at the centre of the most ambitious programmes to transform Raven. These include the recent award-winning implementation of MS Dynamics to bring almost all our activities onto a single platform, and another award-winning implementation of improvements to our Repairs activities. This year we are working on even more transformative change, which you will be actively engaged in.

What you’ll achieve and experience in the role:

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of projects from initiation through to completion. You’ll take ownership of planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring each project is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to agreed scope and business priorities. You will monitor progress, manage project teams, and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues to keep projects on track throughout their lifecycle. By the nature of the work we do in the team, you will be involved in activities across the whole organisation, and will have direct engagement with senior leaders up to CEO level.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
