The Role
As a Project Manager at Ambit, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects from initiation through to completion. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will play a key role in managing project risks, maintaining delivery schedules, and ensuring a positive experience for both clients and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
- Ensure project objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder reviews.
- Support continuous improvement and the adoption of project management best practices.
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with company standards and client expectations.

About You
We're looking for a proactive and organised professional with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering successful projects.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a Project Manager role or similar position.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on delivering quality outcomes.
- Experience using project management tools and methodologies.

Desirable Qualifications
- Degree in Project Management, Business, Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
- PRINCE2, APM, PMP, or equivalent project management qualification.
- Experience working in consultancy, construction, engineering, or professional services environments.
