Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading specialist technology solutions provider, who are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team.

With ambitious plans to expand its products, services and presence across new markets, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a range of customer and internal technology projects. Working closely with the Senior Project Manager and a variety of internal and external stakeholders, you will take ownership of projects from initiation through to successful completion and handover.

There is a package on offer of £40,000 basic salary, with hybrid working options working 3 days a week in the office, plus many more benefits!

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience managing projects from initiation through to successful completion
  • Experience working within a customer-facing, operational, technology, deployment or managed services environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, coordinate and manage expectations across multiple teams
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, risks, actions and dependencies
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to tailor information to different audiences
  • PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile or an equivalent Project Management qualification would be desirable

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver customer and internal projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, internal teams and key stakeholders, providing clear updates on project progress, risks, issues and key decisions
  • Define and manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, milestones, dependencies and success criteria
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, plans, actions, risks and governance records using ServiceNow and other relevant systems
  • Coordinate resources and delivery activity across multiple internal teams, ensuring priorities and responsibilities remain aligned with project objectives
  • Monitor project costs, effort, budgets and chargeable days, identifying and escalating any risks that could impact margin or commercial performance
