Job Title: Project Manager
Reporting to: Head of Strategy
Location: Head Office, White City Place, West London
Contract Type: 6 months Fixed-Term Contract
About Us
ME+EM is one of the UK’s fastest-growing luxury fashion brands, with a strong global digital presence and stores across the UK, including London and Edinburgh, alongside concessions within Harrods and Selfridges. We are also continuing our exciting international expansion across the U.S, with new stores opening across key markets.
At ME+EM we are an entrepreneurial, creative, and passionate group of people. We work hard, are enthusiastic to learn and are not afraid to take risks. Everyone contributes to our success at all levels, and that precisely what makes being a member of the team so rewarding.
Our office and stores are always busy and fast paced, but we work just as hard to make sure it’s fun, with social activities and biannual parties. We pride ourselves on being approachable, supportive, and welcoming and ensure that everyone’s hard work is rewarded. It takes all these things to build a strong, successful business and our door is always open to new talent ready to contribute to our growth and evolution.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised, delivery-focused Project Manager to lead a set of priority initiatives across our business over a defined 6-month engagement. Example projects could be improving the customer experience around returns, transitioning key outsourced technology services in house, or managing brand and performance marketing plans to support our growth. Alongside delivering these projects, you will help professionalise how we run projects more broadly, establishing a lightweight PMO function, a repository of templates and best practice, and the governance needed to set future projects up for success. This is a hands-on delivery role suited to someone who can quickly get under the skin of complex, cross-functional work and start moving it forward from day one.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
