How you'll make an impact

As Project Manager, you'll lead the successful delivery of technology and business change initiatives by:

  • Lead digital transformation and AI-enabled projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Deliver projects on time, within scope and within budget.
  • Manage project plans, risks, dependencies and governance.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to build engagement and confidence.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies while applying the most appropriate delivery approach.
  • Oversee sprint planning, backlogs and reporting using Azure DevOps.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Improve project delivery standards and encourage continuous improvement.
  • Support business change and help teams adopt new ways of working.

Why you're a great fit

Essential

  • Experience delivering complex technology, digital or business transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
  • Experience using Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning and reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A proactive, organised approach with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high delivery standards.

Desirable

  • Experience within a professional services environment.
  • An interest in emerging technologies, including AI and digital transformation.
