Project Manager – Data exp essential
Location: London or surrounding area (preferred)
Contract: Full-time, 6 months
Overview
We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of multiple concurrent customer engagements across EMEA. Rather than managing a single large programme, this role focuses on coordinating several smaller implementations simultaneously while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction and delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects across EMEA.
- Coordinate delivery across customers, internal technical teams and delivery partners.
- Own project governance, planning, reporting and stakeholder communications.
- Monitor project health, identify delivery risks and proactively resolve issues.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope and commercially aligned.
- Communicate complex technical topics clearly to business stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet and Salesforce.
- Build strong customer relationships while ensuring consistent delivery across the portfolio.

Required Experience
- Around 10-15 years’ Project Management experience delivering technology projects.
- Experience managing multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
- Background delivering data warehouse or data migration projects.
- Snowflake experience is desirable, although experience with Oracle, Teradata, Netezza or SQL Server environments is also welcomed.
- Experience coordinating partner-led implementations.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent communication with both technical delivery teams and business stakeholders.
- Naturally inquisitive with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.

Desirable
- Big Four consulting experience.
- Exposure to AI technologies or AI-enabled delivery.
- Salesforce experience.
- Good understanding of bookings, revenue and commercial delivery metrics.
- Fluency in French, German or Spanish.
- Based in or around London.
