Role Title: Project Manager - Data & Analytics

Location: Birmingham (3 days onsite is mandatory)

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6-12 months

Pay rate: up to 495 per day umbrella only

Role Summary

Project Manager with 10-12 years of experience to manage delivery of DAF/DAO initiatives end-to-end, coordinating across IHUB technology delivery and business stakeholder groups, ensuring governance, control, and on-time execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end project plan, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedule (including SIT/UAT and release readiness).
  • Drive day-to-day execution: backlog/plan alignment, delivery cadence, and cross-team coordination (IHUB + Finance/Risk stakeholders).
  • Establish and run governance: project reporting, steering updates, and clear tracking of progress, risks, issues, decisions, and actions (RAID).
  • Manage scope, change control, and delivery risks to protect timelines and outcomes.
  • Coordinate key delivery events (planning, workshops, sprint ceremonies as applicable) and ensure stakeholders are aligned on outcomes and timelines.
  • Track delivery status and produce concise updates on progress, risks/issues, and next steps; drive actions to closure.
  • Ensure delivery artefacts and documentation are maintained to agreed standards and auditability expectations.

  • Proven delivery experience as a Project Manager in data, technology, or change initiatives within banking/financial services.
  • Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams, including senior stakeholders.
  • Strong planning, dependency management, and RAID management discipline.
  • Comfortable working in Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments; able to coordinate across multiple teams/markets.
