About DigX
DigX is a specialist digital transformation consultancy delivering complex engineering, data, cloud, and automation solutions for organisations that need to modernise at pace. We partner with major enterprises, including FTSE 100 organisations, to solve complex business challenges through technology-driven transformation.
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering data transformation programmes. This role is ideal for a delivery leader who is comfortable operating across both project management and business analysis disciplines, particularly during discovery and mobilisation phases.
You'll help clients navigate complex data-led change initiatives, from shaping requirements and defining delivery approaches through to managing implementation and ensuring successful outcomes.
The Opportunity
As a Project Manager within our consulting practice, you'll lead the delivery of complex data transformation initiatives for major enterprise clients.
While this is primarily a project management role, the successful candidate will also be comfortable undertaking elements of business analysis during the early stages of an engagement, including facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, documenting current and future-state processes, and helping shape delivery roadmaps.
You'll work closely with client stakeholders, data architects, engineers, business analysts, and senior sponsors to ensure programmes are delivered successfully from discovery through to implementation.
What You'll Be Doing
Project Delivery & Leadership
- Lead end-to-end delivery of data transformation projects and workstreams
- Develop and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and delivery forecasts
- Establish governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and delivery controls
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies through to resolution
- Coordinate delivery activity across business, data, and technology teams
- Drive successful project execution while maintaining stakeholder confidence

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
