Layke is hiring a Project Manager to support a greenfield Databricks data project.

The successful candidate does not need to be hands-on technically, but must be comfortable managing data, analytics, cloud, or technology-platform delivery across business and technical teams, and needs to have delivered a Databricks or Azure program in the last 12 months. You MUST have experience delivering a Data project for a construction, house builder or development firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage data and technology workstreams within a broader integration programme.
  • Coordinate delivery across data engineering, technology, business, and transformation teams.
  • Track delivery across Databricks, Azure, data pipelines, reporting, and platform enhancements.

Required Experience

  • Proven Project Manager or Delivery Manager experience in Databricks or Azure data transformation programs.
  • Experience delivering in a construction, house builder or development firm.
  • Understanding of data-platform, analytics, cloud, or data-engineering delivery.

The client is based in Ireland, but this role will be remote. There may be a requirement to travel to client HQ for kick off and project close. This will be a six month contract initially, and the day rate is £450 p/d.
