Project Manager

Shoeburyness, Essex
£50,400 - £56,000 + Excellent Benefits
37 Hours per Week | Hybrid Working | Minimum 3 Days On Site
Security Clearance Eligibility Required

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in construction, estates, or capital project delivery?
We're seeking a Project Manager to join a busy Estates Management team responsible for delivering a varied portfolio of projects across a unique and operational defence environment.

This is an opportunity to manage projects that make a tangible impact, from refurbishment and maintenance programmes through to specialist technical repairs, site improvements, sustainability initiatives, and new-build developments. You'll work within a complex estate where no two projects are the same, providing challenge, variety, and the chance to influence environments that support nationally significant activities.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of a range of construction and estates projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from initial planning and procurement through to delivery, handover, and project close-out.

You'll collaborate with contractors, consultants, procurement teams, and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
