Project Manager - Defence Virtual Simulation (FAR)

We are a well-established team based in Farnborough (UK) at OneArc, developing world-leading military simulations for major NATO powers and their allies. We constantly seek ways to advance the industry using the latest technologies and trends (such as whole-world simulations, motion tracking, VR, and AR).

We believe in saving lives through simulations.

Your job will be totally different from what you expect.

We give you freedom and responsibility to do things well, support you, train you, and teach you. We have a relaxed environment where we aim not to limit our staff with too many regulations. We trust you.

We offer a wide variety of work and a crunch-free environment due to our products being developed as a continuous service.

Also, you will not constantly do the same things over and over again.

You will lead the coordination, implementation, and execution of our flagship Defence Virtual Simulation (DVS) programme for the UK Ministry of Defence (UK MOD).

Our business has a worthy cause, the work we do has an actual impact on making the world a safer place. You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, industry partners, and the UK MOD—managing project delivery across cost, schedule, and scope while driving customer satisfaction, organizing community events, and supporting sales opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
