Job Title
Our client, a leading global investment bank, is scaling its Quantitative Investment Strategies trading platform.
The opportunity is to significantly accelerate platform delivery. Multiple teams are working across the platform simultaneously: quant developers, platform engineers, infrastructure, IT, and business, and the goal is to make that collaboration more efficient, more coherent, and faster.
The business has strong momentum and is looking for the right person to connect the dots between these teams and turn that momentum into consistent, demonstrable delivery. This role exists to do exactly that.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Track every in-flight workstream across the QIS platform scope
- Demonstrate working software on a week-to-week basis to senior stakeholders
- Identify cross-team dependencies early and drive resolution before they become programme blockers
- Translate technical constraints and delivery risks into clear, honest narratives for front-office sponsors including heads of QIS trading, QIS structuring, and the head of Equities
