Demolition Project Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Demolition Project Manager to join a well-established and growing specialist contractor. Due to continued project success and major contract awards, the business is expanding its project delivery team and is looking for motivated professionals to oversee the safe and successful delivery of high-profile demolition projects.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that is continuing to diversify into new sectors while maintaining an excellent reputation for quality, safety, and project delivery.

The Role

As a Demolition Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of demolition projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest industry standards.

  • Manage demolition projects from mobilisation through to completion.
  • Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Develop and monitor project programmes, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct site inspections, progress meetings, and project reviews.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining programme objectives.
  • Ensure all project documentation and reporting is completed accurately and on time.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and lead by example on site.

Essential Requirements

  • CCDO Managers Black Card
  • IOSH Managing Safely (4 Day) or SMSTS
  • Proven experience managing demolition projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of demolition regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects to programme.
