An established specialist contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing operations team, delivering high-profile projects across Central London.

Reporting into senior operational leadership, you will take full responsibility for the safe, commercial, and programme-driven delivery of projects from inception through to completion. You will lead site teams, manage subcontractors, liaise with clients and consultants, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
To be considered, applicants must have a proven track record delivering demolition, enabling works, and structural alteration projects within the London market. Experience managing complex inner-city schemes where logistics, stakeholder management, and programme are critical will be highly advantageous.
Requirements
- CCDO Manager qualification essential
- Demonstrable Project Management experience within demolition and enabling works
- Strong knowledge of structural alterations and cut & carve projects
- Ability to lead site teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- Excellent commercial awareness and programme management skills
- Strong health & safety knowledge and commitment to best practice

In return, the successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000, together with a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to join a business that continues to secure some of London's most interesting and technically challenging projects.
