Project Manager -Design and Build - Scotland

We're looking for someone with a strong background in infrastructure, buildings or design and build project management, who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering excellence. Please note the role is a hybrid role with min 2 days office attendance requirement.

Here's what you'll need

To be successful, you’ll bring solid experience in buildings related project management, ideally gained in design & build, consultancy, client side delivery, or multidisciplinary project settings.

• NEC 4 contract experience
• Proven Design and Build or/and large Infrastructure project experience is a must
• Membership of the Association for Project Management (or an equivalent body) is desirable, and you’ll need a strong grounding in project management principles, including planning, monitoring, and controlling delivery for both your own workload and that of your team
• An understanding of team motivation, budget control, P&L, risk management, and governance will help you thrive, along with competence in MS Office, MS Project, Earned Value systems, and other reporting tools
