Project Manager - DEX Sustainability
Duration: Initially until end of year
Workload: Full time hours
Setup: Day rate contract inside IR35
Sponsorship Not Provided
Location: London (3 days per week onsite)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major DEX Sustainability initiative, driving delivery from implementation through to operational readiness, stabilisation, risk reduction and successful transition into business-as-usual support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead DEX Sustainability delivery from design through implementation and value realisation.
- Drive operational readiness, service transition, deployment and support handover activities.
- Manage project planning, governance, budgeting, dependencies, risks, and reporting.
- Define and track non-functional requirements and operational performance outcomes.
- Oversee service stability, incident management, change control, and release management processes.
- Identify delivery risks, root causes, process inefficiencies, and operational improvements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across delivery, testing, deployment, and transition phases.
- Engage senior stakeholders and provide clear updates on project progress, risks, and financial forecasting.
- Support vendor management, assurance activities, and governance frameworks.

Must-Have Skills:
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
- Strong experience delivering technology projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proven track record of deploying cloud, SaaS, or digital platform solutions into production.
- Operational readiness and service transition expertise.
- Experience with project governance, risk management, and financial forecasting.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure, resilience, environments, release management, and change control.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Nice-to-Have:
- 10+ years of IT project delivery experience.
- Experience leading complex technology programmes up to $5M.
- Sustainability, reporting, regulatory, or data-focused programme experience.
- Global delivery and cross-functional stakeholder management experience.
- Strong facilitation, influencing, and problem-solving capabilities.
