Project Manager – Digital Transformation
Location: Birmingham City Centre – 1–2 days onsite per week
Duration: 6 months initially, with likely extension and further project work
Rate: £500–£550 per day
IR35: Outside IR35
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a portfolio of digital transformation and technology projects.
Around 50% of the role will focus on a Sales Enablement / Digital Asset Management (DAM) implementation, providing internal sales teams and external partners with improved access to product documentation, knowledge and digital assets. The remaining time will support projects including ERP rehosting to AWS, e-invoicing and SAP DME / ISO 20022 changes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of a Digital Asset Management / Sales Enablement platform.
- Manage projects across DAM, CMS, CRM, and customer experience applications.
- Support AWS rehosting and e-invoicing initiatives.
- Manage stakeholders across technology, sales, and business functions, including Senior Leadership Teams.
- Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
- Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and US-based colleagues.
- Support wider sales and customer experience transformation initiatives.

Experience Required
- Proven experience delivering DAM, CMS, or CRM implementations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience engaging with SLT.
- Experience delivering digital transformation and technology projects.
- Strong presentation and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
