Role: Project Manager – Logistics Transformation
Location: UK, Remote
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a Logistics Smartsheet-to-Power Platform transformation across multiple business units, locations, vendors, and technology teams.
The Project Manager will own the end-to-end project plan, scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, governance, stakeholder communication, and delivery execution. The role will coordinate Agile delivery, Azure DevOps, UAT, migration, cutover, Go-Live, and transition to production support.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery across Design, MVP, Expansion, Migration, and Go-Live.
- Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID, risks, issues, and scope.
- Coordinate Logistics, AppDev, Business SMEs, vendors, and consulting teams.
- Lead stakeholder and executive communication, status reporting, and SteerCo updates.
- Support Agile/Sprint delivery and Azure DevOps backlog and release tracking.
- Manage UAT, migration, cutover, parallel runs, and Go-Live readiness.
- Ensure documentation, approvals, and traceability within a GxP/CSV environment.
- Manage vendor relationships and knowledge transfer.
- Drive delivery against key deadlines, including December 2026 migration and June 2027 Smartsheet retirement.
